My order kept being delayed per the notifications from their app after the smoothies were prepared. I called the store and spoke with Lucinda who claimed she couldn’t cancel my order prior to delivery because there was no manager on duty. She advised me to cancel on my end but the app wouldn’t allow me to. I called back and she took my information to give to the manager Rosario. It’s been days and no call back and no refund. Horrible customer service!!
