- JJJohn Lee JohnsonOct 2, 20251.0So I just left the subway at springfield plaza I went there to order 2 subs the lady who I spoke with was EXTREMELY!!!!! RUDE!!!! And SHORT!!@ With me when I asked her if I could substitute grilled chicken for the rotisserie chicken on the chicken bacon and ranch she was so quick to tell me no and seemed like I annoyed her by asking the question and it went down hill from there I ordered my second sub which was a meatball parm and once it came out of the oven she in a smart tone with me asked do you want anything else EXCUSE!!! ME!!! MA'AM!!!! You work in the hospitality industry you DEFINITELY!!!! Need to work on your customer service because now a days there are so many other places people can go and spend there hard earned money you made my experience today horrible I would not recommend going to this establishment if the same lady that took care of me today is there she is very RUDE!!!! AND!!!! UNKIND!!!!
