  HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I walk in and see an old lady standing at the counter, I had a pickup order and when I asked if she had it she immediately denied me, after countless effort to ask her to double check in case she heard me wrong she was to impatient and didn’t do anything about the situation. Her co-worker that can speak English more clearly finally came out of the back to address the problem, I was on the verge of leaving the shop because the old lady kept saying “no no we don’t have” until after about 5 minutes of my time wasted, I get my tuna sub that has been ready minutes before I even arrived. There should be at least an ounce of service to be provided every customer, even though it’s a fast food joint they wouldn’t even have gaven me compensation if I left. I will never buy from this location ever again.

  One of the ladies, told us to leave the store at 10:30 when they’re supposed to close at 11 PM. She was cleaning the tables, and she said that she had to clean the tables where we were sitting at, what a terrible staff member. Not sure if the manager was presented. But for sure is something that they have to work on. I’ve never coming back here.

  So I just left the subway at springfield plaza I went there to order 2 subs the lady who I spoke with was EXTREMELY!!!!! RUDE!!!! And SHORT!!@ With me when I asked her if I could substitute grilled chicken for the rotisserie chicken on the chicken bacon and ranch she was so quick to tell me no and seemed like I annoyed her by asking the question and it went down hill from there I ordered my second sub which was a meatball parm and once it came out of the oven she in a smart tone with me asked do you want anything else EXCUSE!!! ME!!! MA'AM!!!! You work in the hospitality industry you DEFINITELY!!!! Need to work on your customer service because now a days there are so many other places people can go and spend there hard earned money you made my experience today horrible I would not recommend going to this establishment if the same lady that took care of me today is there she is very RUDE!!!! AND!!!! UNKIND!!!!

  Looks like not enough servers to assist customers……😒😫……may need to go elsewhere for sandwiches.
