  I'm a very tolerant person but this restaurant smelled like a used bathroom ,I couldn't believe that my friend brought me here. The smell was obvious and no one seemed to care .I imagined that it was one of the staff ,and like I said I'm tolerant but the smell was so bad and putrid I couldn't bare to wait for food let alone imagine how filthy it may have been in the back.I will never come back here .I'm still sick and my head is spinning from the smell of grease and bathroom juice.

  Hello , I tried the 4 piece chicken and waffle today for the first time and I have to say I love it and the red sauce we get with with was amazing, wish the container was a little bigger but it’s okay lol .. yall did a wonderful job , well be ordering from yall again in the future ✨

  I was really disappointed with my visit to Southern Style Chicken & Waffle. The chicken was not properly cooked, which made it hard to enjoy the meal, and the customer service was poor. The staff didn’t seem attentive or willing to help when I mentioned the issue. Overall, not a good experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless they improve both the food quality and service.

  I don't usually like fried chicken all that much but a family member wanted some. This was really good! Everything was so crunchy- The chicken and the fries! I got a lot more fries than I thought I was gonna get too. It was $25 for 9 pieces, fries, and mac n cheese (which was also pretty good). Oh and the sauce was good. Nobody felt like waffles though, so I don't know about that. My daughter said this was the best fried chicken she's ever had.

  I am not going to this place again largely for one reason - the old woman who works there is VERY condescending and rude. She is bad for business and I will remove the menus to this place from the break rooms at all the sites where I work. I think my colleagues deserve better than to be looked down upon by this woman. The two young men are lazy. They would rather play on their phones than to keep the dining area clean. One guy left the register for at least 20 minutes to use the bathroom...leaving no one to tend to customers. Someone from the kitchen ultimately came out to work with new customers. The other guy was so lazy that he directed me to use the kiosk (which charges a fee) than to take my order directly. The only employee who provided good service was the older gentleman. He was always professional and courteous. Unfortunately, auntie's ungrateful, condescending, rude attitude offsets it all. Avoid!
