I waited approximately 15 minutes at the counter before anyone acknowledged me, even though an employee clearly saw me standing there. When someone finally came from the back, she was visibly upset that she had to assist me and refused to provide her name when asked. My order (Ticket #0131, 1/16/26 at 12:14 AM) had been sitting on the oven the entire time I was waiting. To make matters worse, the pizza was dry and almost burnt, yet the employee continued to be rude instead of addressing the issue. Customer service was completely unacceptable. I’m not sure who is managing this location, but this employee needs proper training on basic customer service and respect. I will be contacting the manager and corporate to report this experience.
