  This is my second time at the location. First time I dialed in, today I had a to-go order on Valentine’s Day. Both times I’ve been greeted with friendly staff, quick service, and quality food! Today’s visit surprise me the most though. I thought they would be so busy with it being a holiday. I got my food within 20 minutes. I didn’t even finish parking before the lady was bringing me my food. We will be back to this location!!

  WOW. I had an amazing dining-in experience, and it was all thanks to Chris at the bar. If you’re planning to eat at this location, do yourself a favor and sit at the bar—you have to be serviced by Chris. He was hands down the best of the best. The service was top-tier, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I was beyond impressed with his professionalism, energy, and care. He truly elevated the entire experience. Can’t recommend him enough!!!

  These scores are in the context of all mid priced steakhouses. This is our go to place for prime rib. It was cooked as we requested and was tasty and juicy. We also ordered a bloomin onion which was as good as we remembered. Unlike many restaurants they will cook a burger rare. It was delicious abd cooked just as we ordered. We will return.

  Absolutely unacceptable. While I was eating, a spider fell from the ceiling directly into my food. When I asked for the manager, Gerard Campbell, he became angry and said the situation was “out of his control.” He did not remove the contaminated food and then told me that he did not need my business and that I was not welcome and should not return to the restaurant. When I began recording and asked him to repeat what he said, he walked away. Then — unbelievably — I was presented with my bill. After a spider fell into my food. After being told to leave. I had to ask again through the server for a manager. No apology. No professionalism. No basic food-safety response. As a customer who was casually dressed, I could not help but feel that I was met with unwarranted hostility and disrespect while raising a legitimate safety concern. At a minimum, the response was dismissive and demeaning, and it left me questioning whether I was treated differently than other guests would have been. This was not just a sanitation failure — it was hostile, dismissive, and humiliating treatment of a customer reporting a serious issue. Corporate leadership and the Health Department have been notified. I would strongly caution anyone considering dining here.
