  MAG has great staff, they all have a sense of urgency at lunch. Our table of six received excellent service from our waitress and team. We were impressed with the speed of service and ate all of our food. Three appetizers, six meals, and numerous drinks. They even pre-bused the table appropriately. This makes the experience FAR more enjoyable. The facilities were very clean inside and out. Our out of town guests were impressed. Thank you MAG Team. 🤩

  Those mini biscuits are the best things ever! My food was bland though. I had crab cakes with fries. Im use to spicy, seasoned food so my taste buds are different i guess. The place is really pleasant and our waitress was awesome. I took my brother there for his birthday.

  Love this Mike's. We've got history, having settled in Springfield in our first home in the early '90s, then moving to Burke in '05, Mike's has been one of our favorites for a better meal. The food is of the highest quality, the atmosphere is (to me) very cool, clean, 1940s speak-easy, and the service is excellent. We always tell FnF about the great sides and bread options. The mains are likewise, great. We've had a number of memorable occasions there and always enjoyed it. Note that parking is limited, but just use the shopping center across the street. The prices are a bit high, but you do get value for the money. Mike's, Springfield, is a great place for a memorable meal. Enjoy!

  Chad was incredibly accommodating. My guest and I had two separate reservations at different times, and he took the time to combine them into one so we could all stay together. His flexibility allowed me to spend more quality time with my family and friends who traveled from up north to visit me. Thank you, Chad, for your exceptional service and hospitality.

  I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt I needed to this time. This wasn’t my first time at Mike’s. I’ve enjoyed the food every time I’ve dined here in the past. Today was different unfortunately. I asked for a burger with no cheese due to a dairy sensitivity. The burger comes from the kitchen with cheese on it. I politely notified the waiter that I asked for the burger to be made without cheese upon placing my order. The waiter and manager come over to apologize for the mistake. Minutes later a fresh burger was brought to me or so I thought. I only ate half of my burger at the restaurant and decided to bring the other half home for a snack. It wasn’t until later I went to heat up my leftovers that I discovered the cheese had been scraped off and flipped upside down on the bun so it wouldn’t be detected. The burger was also not well done like I requested but that’s besides the point. I feel as though if I wanted to have the cheese scraped off my burger I could’ve done it myself. This is extremely dangerous to people who have food allergies and sensitivities like myself. I’m extremely disappointed in Mike’s for this and I hope this review is seen and acknowledged for future guests because for some it could mean life or death. I’ve attached photos from a video I took once I got home and realized the cheese was on my burger.
