Every time I have come to this location and any other mcdonalds I always prepay for my order in the mobile app. I can understand the system being down every once in a while, but to be rudely denied service for something that Ive already paid for and wont get refunded for another week is very frustrating, and for it to happen this often is dissapointing. EDIT: Thank you for replying, I am already talking with customer care.
