    The evening of December 08 2025, my companion and I visited your establishment with the intention of ordering a meal. Despite a considerable wait, we observed several employees engaged in conversation and primarily attending to the drive-through service, while in-store customers, including ourselves, waited for assistance. Of particular concern was the sight of multiple meal boxes that had reportedly fallen to the floor and were subsequently restacked, raising immediate hygiene questions regarding food safety. During this wait, an employee, later identified as a manager named Carolyn, approached me and inquired if I was recording with my phone. Upon my denial, she proceeded to the back of the store, where she allegedly informed other staff members that I was, in fact, recording. This individual then remained out of sight, leaving myself and other patrons, who were ahead of us in line, unattended for an extended period. When she eventually returned, she continued to disregard our presence. Upon finally attracting her attention and respectfully inquiring why our order was being overlooked, her response was delivered with an unacceptably rude and dismissive demeanor, an observation that was also noted by other patrons present. Recognizing the deteriorating situation, I sought assistance from male manager, who graciously offered to accommodate our meal. While I appreciate his effort, the manager's prior conduct had generated a palpable negative atmosphere, leaving me with considerable apprehension about consuming the food. What began as an expectation for a pleasant dining experience devolved into deep discomfort and disappointment. To be subjected to such an unprofessional and discourteous interaction, particularly from a manager, is profoundly disheartening. We had specifically chosen your establishment for our evening meal, passing up other options, and this experience unfortunately left us questioning that decision. The overall service we received was notably indifferent and unwelcoming. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and that appropriate action will be taken to address these significant concerns.

    The food is great,the place is clean. The young staff is allways smiling But, the manager Jenny. Is a shame she shouldn't be a manager in that place. She is very mean, and very rude to costumers and for what I heard when I'm there she like to scream to the employees.. I advice that is time to give the opportunity to the young generations and fire that lady...

    Yesterday, I went to buy the new Grinch McMeal and asked for chicken nuggets and extra fries. The cashier was very friendly, but the person who handed me the food gave me a weird look. When I asked if they included the nuggets and fries, she said "yeah" begrudgingly. After getting home, I realized the nuggets were missing. I went back and told the manager, who called the employee over. She came over looking upset and basically told me I was wrong, then left without apologizing. The manager called her out, but she didn't seem to care, and neither of them apologized. Time6:27PM date 12/4/25

    Yesterday was my first time here. I came to buy a kids' combo meal, and the girl who served me was in a very bad mood, angry. I greeted her, but she didn't respond. When I got home, my chicken nuggets were missing from my box. So I went back to the restaurant, and the girl was still very angry, with a terrible attitude. She didn't apologize or anything, as if they were giving me the food for free. I went there to buy food, not to be treated like that. So, bad service.
