There are several in my neighborhood however, I frequent the springfield plaza location for their selection and customer service.On my most recent visit I met Nate the cashier. He's an amazing cashier and goes above and beyond to ensure each and every guest finds everything that they need. He also moves at an elite pace and bags groceries with care. He even goes as far as to standing in the main walk way to invite guests to his check out lane, as well as assisting with guests who may need help finding an item but I digress. I am extremelyvimpressed with the recent new hires of this Giant location. I know for me and my friend it was Nate that "sold" us turning us into Permanent Giant Shoppers. GO NATE, SEE YOU THIS WEEK, BUDDY!
- JWJasmine WigginsOct 24, 20255.0I wanted to share with everyone my most recent trip to Giant Springfield Plaza. There is a new cashier by the name of Nate. Nate is a complete GODSEND! His customer service skills are out of this world. I have been shopping at this Giant for almost a decade and I have never crossed paths with such a genuine, caring, determined, and HILARIOUS individual. On 10/23/2025 i was having the worst day so i stopped in to grab something quick for dinner and some wine. While standing on lane 15 i watched Nate's interactions with the customers prior to me. It was slightly busy so there was a few people before myself. I was enamored with his style and grace. He customized his customer service for each customer. It was magical. He did no less with my experience. Let me not forget the way in which he skillfully packed each of my paper bags. Its almost as if he knew how i'd be unpacking the bags. I just wanted to give this gentleman his "flowers" and i hope Giant Food does the same. Awesome job Giant. Nathan please continue to be great.
