- KBK BDec 14, 20251.0I live so close to this Giant that I could walk to it, so the location is convenient, but the pharmacy staff is so unbelievably unpleasant that I transferred all of my medications to a different pharmacy chain. The pharmacists never pick up the phone and when they do, they are so incredibly rude, condescending and unpleasant that it’s absolutely shocking. The convenience of the location is not enough to make up for the repeated episodes of poor customer service, so I take my business elsewhere.
