- LSL SloanDec 17, 20251.0I have been going to this Einstein Bagel for over 20 years. I has sadly become terrible. The food is med at best and the staff is horrendous. They were disorganized and unfocused. I waited 20 minutes for an order I made online and was not ready when I arrived. They made my bagel twice because they are not communicating and too busy complaining about customers. They need to stop gossiping about the customers and concentrate on the ones in front of them and complete orders. When I complained about not getting my mocha the cashier made it and I am pretty sure left out the syrup and whip cream on purpose. I will never go back.
