    The worst Dunkin' Donuts we've ever been to. My husband's coffee was ice cold, even though it was hot, and he had to ask why they wouldn't give it to him. We had to wait 20 minutes. Then we sat down to eat, and a woman rudely told us we were parked illegally. The worst customer service ever.

    It's a very bad place. The order is not in the order place. The order is ready. It is written on the screen, but they haven't put the donuts in the bag. We have been standing at the counter for so long. Everyone is ignoring us and showing attitude. They are doing their own thing.so unprofessional

    If it wasnt for Kenya this place would be getting 1 star. She was running circles around the 2 guys she worked with. This girl deserves to be promoted to manager or find another job cause she works too hard for dunkin.
