There was no line at the drive thru today 11/24 @ ~5:10am (the inside wasn’t busy either as I could see from the window) for you to even say such foolishness and then to catch yourself because your colleague already was handing you the iced coffee before you could finish your nonsense. This is not the first time this particular employee has been nasty and condescending. Ma’am, I wasn’t in a rush to begin with. The app even says wait times can be longer then expected. I’ve waited numerous times before for my ONE ICED COFFEE as I frequent this location and am aware it can get busy in the mornings. It’s just this particular employee I’ve had issues with her disgusting attitude. Everyone else in that location does what they need to do adequately.
