This was the most unsatisfactory experience I have ever had at a Chipotle restaurant, and I have visited many as it is a family favorite. Upon reaching the front of the line, it appeared as though they were serving leftover items. Most of the food containers were empty, and the beans were notably dry. The specific item I intended to order was unavailable, which perhaps should have prompted me to leave. However, I decided to choose an alternative. The employee serving was exceptionally impolite and condescending. Despite my polite demeanor, she seemed to be having a difficult day. I will not be returning. I remained for a short period but ultimately departed due to the manner in which I and my family were treated.

I usually never write reviews but I’m just so tired of this place , I used to come here for YEARS and recently as of a year now there’s the same Hispanic ladies who put very LITTLE amount of meat and rice , then they have the audacity to charge you if you ask for a little more because their serving skills suck! Then they give you dirty looks sometimes. I used to work at chipotle and I’m Hispanic myself, I NEVER served like that. I hope they fire those ladies or at least better their skills fr. I prefer going to the chipotle in the Springfield mall than to this one.

I payed 27 dollars for this bowl. Asked for extra steak and guac and cheese. what is this. the lady didn’t even speak english and gave me these portions but charged me 27 dollars for this? are you kidding me? 27 dollars is ridiculous for a bowl and then you pay for extra and get LESS? Never go to this location ever.

My experience at chipotle was amazing the service was outstanding. And this kind, amazing and sweet young lady named Angely explained to us that the system went out and recommended us to go to another chipotle she was very respectful and calm during the whole situation.

The restaurant was filthy, the toilets were dirty, there was trash on the floor, and a staff member was singing loudly in the kitchen! They seemed to have mixed old rice with freshly cooked rice; it was rock hard. The staff's attitude towards the customers was indifferent; everything was terrible, unfortunately!!! I would recommend looking for another place; you won't be wasting your money.
