- MBM B6 days ago1.0It’s hard finding a Chipotle where the employees don’t make me feel uncomfortable. They never have a smile, it’s almost like they want to beat me up just for walking in. I ordered my bowl and chips a few mins after 10. I also work late and get off at 10 sometimes 1am. I’m grateful for Chipotles late hours. After I paid the guy walks off without giving me my chips I check my receipt surely I ordered chips because my order totaled almost $18. I waited for him to come back then finally bothered the woman cleaning around the condiments if she could please hand me the chips I ordered. She gave me this annoyed glare and handed me the chips. Dang sorry for coming to support the business that you’re employed at. I won’t be returning to another Chipotle these hostile interactions greatly impact my mental health.

I also asked one of the employees a question and she gave me a side eye... It was a simple question about an add on the side.Chips are stale and the food is okay ish, but still they need to improve with their customer service.
