    I ordered a Nashville hot sandwich and asked for the cheese and ranch on the side due to allergy reasons. The cashier was new and needed help from a coworker, which was completely fine. However, the experience went downhill from there. The first sandwich came out with cheese on it. I informed a staff member, and they said they would remake it. They threw the sandwich away and I waited again. The second sandwich came out with ranch all over it. Once again, I had to go back, and they threw it away and remade it still without a single apology. Each time I went up, staff just stared at me, which made the situation uncomfortable. When I finally received the third sandwich, there was barely any meat on it. At that point, I was frustrated and asked for a refund. One employee offered to remake it again, but after everything, I had enough. Mistakes happen, especially with new employees, but the lack of communication, apologies, and basic customer service made this experience very disappointing. This location really needs to work on accuracy and how they treat customers when issues come up. This used to be our favorite location at the mall and the staff before was much better the new staff needs some work.

    No free cup of water even with my paid order, they said... many cafes here in the mall give you a small cup of tap water free... not here. Families on a tight budget and this place is being that cheap? C'mon!

    First time eating there. I was pleasantly surprised by the chicken cheesesteak; tender &tasty and a great value. I had the small chicken cheesesteak for $6.99 and added a small fry for $1.00. It was the most reasonably priced meal in the mall. They also had a kids meal under $7, but my grandson was set on a McDonald's Happy Meal, which he regretted getting because he was still hungry after eating it. He wanted more fries because there were about ten fries total in his meal. He ended up eating half of mine as the serving size I got with my meal was quite substantial for $1. I will definitely return on my next visit to the mall.
