  I wanted to like this place, but they cant seem to get wait times down to something reasonable. I waited 30+ minutes for my bagel to be toasted (nothing on it) and that was really the final straw. Every time the waits are absurd.

  You could taste the love in all the food here! My wife and I tried breakfast sandwiches here; she got the fried chicken biscuit and I got the egg, cheese, and sausage sandwich. I also had a really good ice coffee. We’ll be coming back!

  The food here was genuinely good, and I was looking forward to enjoying the experience. However, I felt uncomfortable because I believe I was being profiled due to looking Hispanic. The way I was treated compared to other customers was noticeably different, and it left a negative impression despite the quality of the food. I hope the restaurant addresses this so that all guests feel welcome and respected.

  [This is NOT an Artificial Intelligence AI generated review but a real world Chuck Whigham review.] I was working in Springfield, Virginia on a 2017 Honda Accord and I asked our awesome customer where is a good local place for a quick bite to eat. He immediately recommended Best Buns Bakery & Burgers which was less than 3.0 miles away. He recommended that I try their Honey Fried Chicken Sandwich. Keila was my customer service team member and she was friendly, professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. I wound up ordering the Honey Fried Chicken Sandwich and two 20 ounce bottles of Dr. Pepper. Best Buns Bakery & Burgers is a simple, casual, and cozy eatery with great food, drinks, and beverages. They have both indoor and outdoor seating.l and you can have a delicious comfort food in a relaxing environment. I devoured the Honey Chicken Sandwich which was very tasty and paired well with the Dr. Peppers. The establishment is definitely a popular place with the locals and it can get very busy in there and so arrive early and you won't be disappointed! They have very clean and well maintained restrooms with soap, hot water, and hand towels. In short, the comfort food and awesome customer service made for a great dinning experience! I will definitely be returning here when I am in the area to try some of their other menu items.

  I walk up to the counter and all I got was a stare...no hello or nothing. After I said hello ...no hello back...I got can I take you order...never been there before so I had to look at what they have. No suggestions, no have you been here before.. .Just silence. I order the Lil burger ...Will that be all?? I ordered the f.f....will that be all...at this point i was about to leave, but I was hungry. As I waited for my food...I heard my name called walking up to the counter i was handed my food and she just walked away...no, is there anything else that I can get you...I had to say thank you...to get a response. This attitude in the front of the house...dose not do the back of the house any good...they work hard back there, and all the front of the house has to do is be polite, kind and smile...is that asking for to much?? I guess so.
