    So angry- spent $22.00 on 2 lg shakes- for 1 of them to taste like iced milk!- I watched the girl put the strawberry ice cream & milk in- but I guess she didn't get enough for a lg so instead of adding more ice cream which I paid for she added ice! It's not a smoothie its an ICE CREAM shake @ an ICE CREAM shop!!! The other shake had enough & tasted great like it's supposed to but yeah truly disappointed in Baskin Robbins-

    My husband and I stopped by this new Baskin Robbins location this evening for dessert, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. It was clear that the kids working here have not received proper training. After placing and paying for our order, the employee at the counter simply walked away without even asking for the flavors I wanted in my two-scoop cup. When I asked if he needed to know, he told me someone else would make our order. After waiting around, another employee asked me what I wanted, then tried to charge me again—I had to explain that we had already paid. The worst part was the Jamoca Almond Fudge shake my husband ordered. When it finally came out, it had the wrong consistency—it wasn’t a milkshake at all, but more like a slushy or Frappuccino, with ice blended into it. We both agreed the issue isn’t with the kids themselves, but with the poor management and lack of training at this location. It’s frustrating to see such low standards at a brand new store. Hopefully the management steps up and provides the training their employees need to make this a place worth visiting.

    We stood there for 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging us—no greeting, no eye contact, nothing—even though there was no line and we politely said “hi” multiple times. When someone finally took our order, it took over another 30 minutes to prepare. We followed up, only to be told they lost our order. No apology, no accountability—just rude behavior and a dismissive attitude. Completely unprofessional and frustrating experience from start to finish.

    Me and my family decided to go to Baskin-Robbins for a nice treat and my daughter decided to get a Strawberry Tres-Leches Ice Cream and an older women named Jacklyn was attending to help my daughter pick out what she wanted. My daughter said it very loud and clear of what she wanted but the women didn’t hear it clearly and then my daughter said it a bit more louder but instead of listening to what she was saying she instead decided to get a different flavor of ice cream. I understand that people make mistakes and I tried to make it clear to her of what my daughter wanted and she tried to cover up her mistake by saying an excuse for “yes I understand that that’s what she wanted I just tried to get the strawberry one thinking that that’s what she wanted” she said it in such an arrogant and rude tone that made me feel disrespected. I wanted to clarify it with her wanting to clear things up by saying how she should lower down her tone next time but she kept coming in and out of the break room I’m assuming by making a call of some sort. I just hope this can never happen again with my family. And hoping that she can change her attitude next time. People like that shouldn’t be in those type of positions in such establishments with there being a lot of people out there that are prepared to work in that position that have a better attitude with people and know how to respect someone. Thank you.
