  This has to be the worst experience I’ve had at this chipotle. First of all the girl with lashes that was first in the line to serve food had a horrible attitude and was basically throwing food in the bowl and to the point that the bowls i ordered had rice on the bottom of them. Second, My mom was ordering to two bowls and when it came to the toppings this one lady i don’t remember her name, Paola? I think but this lady asked if my mom wanted corn she didn’t even let my mom answer and just put it. When my mom politely told her that she didn’t want that on one of the bowls she gave an attitude and said i asked you and you said yes. Even though my mom didn’t even answer….The only people who were nice were the guys that was checking us out they were the only people that had manners. This is trouble and ima shocked that chipotle or anyone hasn’t done anything about this because this is unacceptable. I’m never going to come back to this restaurant ever again it’s terrible and disgusting with the food everywhere, Horrible employees, and overall just a terrible experience. A suggestion: GET NEW EMPLOYEES

  I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent visit to your restaurant on April 18, 2026. While the food quality and the service at the prep station were excellent, my experience was significantly marred by the unprofessional conduct of the cashier. I visited the restaurant with a family member, and we both ordered Chicken Al Pastor bowls. The staff member serving us on the line was helpful and courteous. However, upon reaching the register, we were met with a very poor attitude from the cashier, identified to me by another employee as "Meche." While I understand that employees may experience difficult days, the level of disrespect and visible hostility shown toward us was unacceptable. A customer’s experience should not be negatively impacted by an employee’s personal frustrations. This interaction was discouraging enough that we are currently reconsidering our patronage at this specific location. I believe this location would benefit from a review of customer service standards at the point of sale to ensure a professional environment is maintained for all guests. I hope this feedback is used constructively to improve the service at this branch. Best regards, John Aguilar

  Very bad experience No body was at the place like usually Even that, they make me wait for 20 minutes to receive my order online As soon I came to the place They started working with my order and Even no body was there, I have to wait Never come back to this place anymore The workers are no friendly

  JUST RUDE! I just came im at 10:45 so its not like i came at a super busy time. The older hispanic women immediately had an attitude for absolutely no reason. They contemplated in the back for about 2 minutes before someone came to take my order. After the first lady finished, she went back to the kitchen and just yelled out for someone else to check me out. Another then comes, cashes out then basically throws my food across the counter. Its literally bright and early so im not sure what there problem was.

  Rude staff that throw your underserved $18 bowl at you while speaking Spanish. You can get twice as much food at the Panda Express across the parking lot and leave without feeling disrespected. My review is by far not the first complaining about the staff and if I do come back in a month or two, I hope to see new smiling faces and receive a heavier bowl.
