Unfortunately, whenever the white, skinny lady with glasses is working, my order gets messed up every single time, she cuts my pizza even though my online order clearly says do not cut. On top of that, she’s extremely rude and never takes responsibility. Instead of apologizing, she blames others that someone else did it, but I know that’s not true because this only happens when she’s working. No one ever offers a sincere apology, and I’m left waiting for a new pizza to be made again which is wasting my time over something that could easily be avoided. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a loyal customer. Management really needs to address this behavior and train their staff to pay attention to customer instructions and treat customers with respect.
