  Courthouse Cafe is the best restaurant in the Fredericksburg area! Good home cooking. I had the grilled salmon, mashed potatoes, salad and the best green beans I have ever had. Salmon was grilled to perfection. My dining partner had the steak and cheese sub. He's from the north and says this sub rivals those in Jersey/Philly. Service is friendly and efficient. Our server, Savanna, was amazing. And where else can you hear a Charley Pride song while dining? Doesn't get any better than that! Love this café.

  Whenever we are in town we stop by for either a late breakfast or early lunch. The staff are always pleasant, wonderful and very busy. Clean restaurant, good food/portions for the prices and some times after a meal we order a pizza to go for another days lunch. Love their omelettes, my boys love their Country Boy Special, I enjoy their tuna or chicken salad on croissant, their cheese steak lunch special a good deal $10.99 (All day) abd their Courthouse Club huge. Every choice has been delicious and they have added a new potato salad side which was very good. Home made. Not a bad word to ever say. Sorry no pictures but others have posted such. We were just there Monday after Easter and it was hopping and our wait staff was just wonderful even though so busy. Always a smile on her face as well. Truly worth a try.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My 4-year-old granddaughter and I tried Courthouse Cafe for breakfast, and it did not disappoint! From the prompt service to the great sweet tea, everything was spot on. Our server, Robin, provided excellent customer service and made our visit even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, hot, and came out quickly. We will definitely be returning—my grandbaby already said it’s her new favorite breakfast spot! 😋 Highly recommend for families looking for a welcoming, hometown place to eat!

  My favorite restaurant. The only reason I haven’t left a review until now is because I don’t want the secret to get out to the yuppies, NOVA folks, and Yankees. Hopefully this will throw them people off the scent - no almond milk, gluten free, vegan stuff here. Just good, simple food done right. Good portions, good prices, fresh. Best ranch and pizza in the area. Awesome burgers. Great breakfast. Always a great meal and great service! We love Carol. She is a friendly, hardworking lady and always takes care of us. This is one of the few places we even spend money going out to eat anymore because so few are worth it these days.

  Whether you have breakfast lunch or dinner, I can tell you you will thoroughly enjoy your meal. The food is prepared with fresh ingredients And definitely much experience in the kitchen everything is wonderful. The pizzas are fabulous. I don’t know any.and Place Better in the area. All of the stuff is great including Robin who serves me the courthouse special pizza today. It’s not a very big area, but it’s very coveted to all those passing through who have heard about it and all the locals. If you have to wait a few minutes to get a table, it is well worth it. I promise you. Since Joe took over the courthouse Café, it has been fabulous. No complaints ever wonderful family atmosphere for sure.
