- ILIC LNov 9, 20255.0I was delighted to receive an email announcing that I had a FREE 24 oz Smoothie of my choice waiting to be redeemed for my birthday! I chose the Acai Berry Boost with zero sugar or sugar substitute - honestly, you don't need the added sweetness - it's sweet enough with the acai, banana, blueberries and strawberries - and forget that fake sweetener - that's like a major sin! Anyway, it was so easy to order online from the email, it was ready in 10 minutes for me to pick up. Thank you so much Tropical Smoothie!

Was told I could not get a refund for my purchase online, when on the website it clearly says to contact the store. Calling them out specifically because I’ve had wonderful interactions at this location beforehand. These two specifically are lazy, inconsiderate, and not worthy of a job. Edit: Food was awful too. Quesadilla had next to no chicken, the blueberry smoothie was watered down, and the mango smoothie was watered down as well. HORRIBLE WORKERS!!
