However, I recently saw her more out on the floor. then at front, and to be completely honest she makes that place “Panera.” I think not having her in Cash is a huge mistake by management. I would go as far as to say I won’t be going in as much if she is not at the register. she is amazing with people and older adults such as my mom that has a hearing problem. I would advise managements to get her back at front asap.

I was standing in line behind an elderly couple and he was soooo patient and kind in making sure they ordered what they wanted. They did hold up the line a little but, Ethan kept his cool and carried on helping this sweet senior couple. There needs to be more kindness and love in this world!!!!
