- RTReal Talk3 days ago1.0Customer service was disappointing. In the beginning, the guy who cuts the bread was actually polite and recommended me an item. But it turned out to be the wrong thing. When I told him, “This isn’t what I asked for,” he apologized but still made me pay again, saying that once something leaves the counter it has to be paid for, even though the mistake was his. When he brought the correct food to my table, he dropped it off and said, “Here you go, this is your food,” followed by, “Nobody else is complaining except you.” His tone and comments were unnecessary and unprofessional. Because of the way he acted, I honestly felt uncomfortable and wasn’t sure if the item was even safe to eat or drink afterward. Overall, it was a very concerning experience and not the service I expected.
