When I received my drink it was a matcha slushie with coffee not an iced matcha latte. I turned back around to go inside and tell them but they were closed and ignored me at the door. I could understand getting an iced matcha latte wrong (making it a slushie) but putting coffee in it was straight up negligent. It’s ridiculous how she was in her phone, asked us 3 times what we ordered -a large iced matcha latte so I should’ve known from that experience alone that she had absolutely no clue what she was doing.
