  This has been our go-to Dunkin’ Donuts for years. This morning we stopped by and placed an order for two. As usual, we asked for a glass of tap water while picking up our food, but the server refused unless we paid for it. That was surprising, especially since just a few days ago another nearby Dunkin’ provided tap water without any issue. The server said the manager required them to charge for it. Very disappointing experience.

  Dunkin's quality has gone to nearly zero. Just got a dozen and half the donuts seem like days old. I know they try to cut costs by doing regional baking but man they need to figure it out! I used to got 2 to 3 times a month. Now there lucky if I got once every 2 to 3 months.

  Definitely need better customer service especially if dealing with people at the window. No one told girly to chose this job.

  The girl who worked night shift on November 25th around 6:50pm did an absolutely horrible job. I ordered a large Iced Matcha Latte. When I received my drink it was a matcha slushie with coffee not an iced matcha latte. I turned back around to go inside and tell them but they were closed and ignored me at the door. I could understand getting an iced matcha latte wrong (making it a slushie) but putting coffee in it was straight up negligent. It’s ridiculous how she was in her phone, asked us 3 times what we ordered -a large iced matcha latte so I should’ve known from that experience alone that she had absolutely no clue what she was doing.
