Service was terrible and food wasn’t much better. We pulled into a stall to place our order but nothing appeared on the screen. We waited about 10-15 minutes and then pushed the red button to find out how to pay. He told us to give our card to the server when she came. We waited another 20-25 minutes and no one came. So I walked up to see what the problem was. I tried to get the attention of one of the employees but they ignored me. One young man was on break and came around to go inside. He asked if I needed help and I told him we had not gotten our order. When I told him what we ordered, he said that they thought we had driven off. Evidently they don’t know the difference between their drive-thru and their stalls. One guy who looked like management walked by without saying a word. They brought out my order and it was cold and the milk shake was melted. I asked for a new milkshake and they obliged. I was going to ask them to re-cook my order but by this time, I just needed to leave. I paid for my order and left. After all that time, they should have at least offered to re-cooked the order. But they didn’t care and it showed. We’ll hit a different restaurant next time.
You need to re-train your employees on using the headset and customer service!

I went through the drive through at 8:38 pm on Saturday night and the lady was so rude that I ended up canceling my order. I refuse to spend money where the service is trash.

Visited this establishment today and waited in line for 10mins cars pulled off in front of me bc no one came to the mic....Total of three cars pulled off in front of me!! I assumed the drive thru mic wasnt working Staff came to window no how you doing nothing....Your drive thru customers are just important as the people sitting at booths!! If your policy is to handle ppl in booth first and then drive thru you might want to hire enough staff to cover all areas not just one!!!

Went to order food twice at this location, both times were around 11:30pm. With no other cars in drive thru line. They close at midnight. First time, employee told me "systems were shut down". Second time, "we are only serving fried food." I get it, yall close at midnight, but it wasn't like I tried to order at 11:55pm. Manager was also fussing at employee about taking more orders at that time.
