My husband's burger wasnt right when it first came out and when he went to let them know, they said that they would remake his buger and he could keep the one he had. We ate our food waiting for the other burger...that never came up. When we were finishing up and almost ready to go waiting on the remake, he went back up to check on it and they didnt even start the remake. The guy quickly made it after my husband had to expain again the situation and that we were promised another. Other than the lil hiccup, everything was great. Mistakes happen and we're excited to come back!
