The support couldn’t help but told me to call the store. Their new employee Trayvon was AMAZING, and when I say he went ABOVE and beyond he absolutely hit the bar of expectation. Ordering through DoorDash is a liability at best anyway… my ticket was lost and the app kept saying it was otw but when I called, Trayvon answered, apologized, found my order, offered compensation for the extreme delay, AND went above and beyond to deliver it to my door HIMSELF.. everything accounted for. I just want to say he is an amazing employee and truly cares and I know because I work in the serving industry as well. He is a keeper and Trayvon THANK YOU SO MUCH. I really appreciate you.
