Cause I was given 13 packs of ketchup with no fries and about 15 packs of hot sauce for a 2 piece meal. Write that down for waste, 😂😂 just so u know customers don't like to be cut off and rushed. When they come inside it may mean they are indecisive and need a minute. After spending almost $30 my drink was the best thing I had cause the food lack the proper seasoning. The beans and rice was bland didn't have the normal kick. I asked for regular chicken and got spicy, really. Customer service needs work here, at least it did on 12/11/25 at 1:15 pm. Thanks for the extra sauces, the one below are left over so I'll save them for the next time y'all leave sauce out of the bag👍👍👍
