I was about to order from here but went to the restroom and saw a worker was in the stalls. She then flushed the toilet and walked out without washing her hands.

Recently visited the Arbys on east Atlantic in South Hill. I feel there’s room for improvement regarding food wuality. The roast beef I received was unusually dry, and unfortunately, it wasn’t as warm as I would have preferred. The bun had a chewier texture than expected also. Additionally, my curly fries were cold. Customer experience could be enhanced.. when I spoke to the employee, my concerns were not adequately addressed. The receipt I received was unfortunately greasy and difficult to read. The employee said they couldn’t print me another receipt I’d have to wait for the manager and they didn’t know how long it’d be. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving the overall custoemr experience

Very nice staff, but the food was just ok. The roast beef was dry. The building needs some updating
