    I usually like this McDonald’s because it’s fast and convenient even when it’s busy in the morning. One day I was the only car in the drive-thru with a super simple order (McGriddle and hash brown) and still ended up waiting about an extra five minutes. The guy cut me off and told me to pull forward before I could ask if anything similar was ready right away. They did apologize but it was still frustrating and made me late for work. I even filled out a corporate survey and never heard back. If anyone from corporate decides to respond to this review, do not tell me to go to the feedback link again. I already did that and no one got back to me. Until then, I am never going to this location again. Update: Updating my review. Corporate responded telling me to use the feedback link. I had already submitted that form and never received a response. I then followed up through email with my case, and it was closed within 72 hours for “no response” while I was waiting on them. At this point, the “contact us” reply feels performative. It reads like a copy and paste response meant to look attentive without actually resolving anything. Redirecting customers to a form that goes unanswered and then closing cases without follow up is not customer care. Until there is real accountability instead of scripted replies, I will not be returning.

    We ordered curbside at 9:25 AM on February 16. I have been trying to call no one answers their phone there. Our order was supposed to be one sausage, egg and cheese biscuit one burrito and two hashbrowns. The sausage biscuit came with no cheese and they were no hashbrowns. … We have been calling since we got the order home at 9:40 am NO-ONE answers … this is ridiculous!!! You pay and you don’t give us the order! The person who delivered the bag curbside was very sweet!

    At 1:48 pm, I went through the drive thru, ordered a quarter pounder deluxe, no ketchup, and large fries. Teach you people the proper amount of mayonnaise, there was enough to sell 4 burgers, disgusting, and I love mayo, grrrr.

    Coffee all cream, even after making it over a second time. I do love that no one seemed upset that I requested a refund. The staff was polite and I appreciate that! I received my refund, so I'm happy!
