- BBBridgetMar 7, 20261.0This location always messes up salad orders. Most recently, I ordered the grilled chicken salad. There was no chicken in it at all. When I called to complain, I was told to use my gasoline and my time to bring it back. They wouldn’t just refund it. So, their mistake, but I am expected to drive back over there. Then the Subway employee hung up on me. You just lost business with that crappy attitude of yours.
- MCMike ChalmersMar 1, 20261.0Karlee sold me a Philly cheesesteak. I asked it to be heated up, which they never did. They forgot to turn the lights on. The cheese is still in a whole but she claims it’s hot. The bread was soft never toasted. They claimed it was in the oven then tell me if I want my money back. I have to wait till Monday after I pay them. I will never go back to subways again I’m better off at Jersey Mike’s customer service out. Here is sad.
