- DDDonna DuvallSep 6, 20251.0Place an order for two frosty’s one cookie dough brownie and the other just chocolate, seemed easy enough…. Got to the window and sorry no chocolate. Then we say ok vanilla she takes our credit card and oh I’m sorry you’ll have to pay with cash… The customer service at the South Boston, VA site is very much something to be appalled of. They are very rude and unprofessional. I’m very disappointed because we wanted our order and had been craving it all day.
