They stated they ran out of hamburger meat and had to pattie the meat out and then cook the single meanwhile the sonator, chicken sandwich and fries got cold and was received cold. The Service was okay but the food was wasted as I through all but 3 fries away and 3/4 of my chicken sandwich...As long as I waited I should not have been served cold food

Workers are rude and they talk and gossip about non work related stuff. I’ll never eat from here again. I was waiting for an hour maybe longer I told them I wanted a Dave’s double with no pickles and extra mayo but it too then so long the fries were soggy. Not to mention the tables being dirty.

I don’t get anything difficult I just ask for no mayo or tomato and it almost always has both. Also, the bathrooms smell weird. And the food isn’t even that good. The drinks taste very weird. Any other Wendy’s is not like this

Then we say ok vanilla she takes our credit card and oh I’m sorry you’ll have to pay with cash… The customer service at the South Boston, VA site is very much something to be appalled of. They are very rude and unprofessional. I’m very disappointed because we wanted our order and had been craving it all day.
