    Food has been good, but the drive thru workers are rude. Seems as if it’s a hard task for them to be friendly. I look forward to a good chicken biscuit but cringe a little inside when I pull up to the drive thru because I know they are going to be standoff”ish”. Customer service training would be helpful.

    If they laughing to each other when you place an order at the register with the cashier and cooks preparing your dinner; like they did me, get a refund and walk away and eat in your truck. That is a glaring sign of mistrust. I threw most of my 3 pc away. I won't spend another dime at Bojangles if these are the type of people they hire.
