  Every time I order from the taco bell app and I receive my order, multiple items are missing and or made wrong. I have never had an accurate order from this location. My son likes to eat Taco Bell so I only order for him. I wish there was another location within a reasonable driving distance.

  Drinks not full, placing debit in cashmere hank hard. Yelling in background, racil overtone, bathroom dirty, room dirt, window dirty, no professional attitude, it sucked

  It smelled horrible. The man threw my bag on the counter and when I said thank you he didn’t even say your welcome barely even acknowledged me. The bathroom was relatively clean. Super rude service.

  That bot has to go. Got my order wrong. Drive thru menu wouldn't bring up drink menu, empanadas were hard as a rock, couldn't even eat them, good thing they only gave me one order instead of the 2 I ordered, asked for mild sauce, got like 20 packets of hot, paid for an extra taco I didn't order, tacos barely had anything in them well except for tons of lettuce.

  All the other negative reviews should speak for themselves, so I should know better what to expect... But still somehow it manages to disappoint. Customer service is abysmal. Took 15 minutes for our order to come out. They forgot the sauces. Sauce container was empty in the lobby. No one was paying attention to the front counter, so we had to wait more for someone to bring sauces out. Luckily a manager was interviewing someone in the lobby, so they came around eventually and filled up the sauce container. We were one of two families in the lobby, and I would have expected the manager to walk the extra 5 steps to give us the sauce, but no. Just set it on the counter and made eye contact. Expected more from management. Maybe this is why the reviews are so bad. Not even management cares. *Also worth noting: management didn't even apologize or say anything. Even just a "Oh, I'll get that for you." Or SOMETHING to acknowledge we are there and they will handle this. I'm glad it was handled, but they really need to work on their customer service skills.
