When we called for support, the woman from customer service was INCREDIBLY rude repeating "That's Doordash, we can't control what they do " We didn't order from Doordash, the driver delivered the pizzas as I'm writing this review and he says that they had multiple orders and that ours came out second. We don't usually get Pizza Hut and now we never will again.

We asked to get one with just cheese or veggies but they wouldn't do that. I paid for 5 people who couldn't eat 90 percent of what was put out. Then the salad bar side had mold in the cheese containers. The entire store was dirty. We barely got an apology and still had to pay full price.
