The mail black manager side when I asked for ketchup then when I had to come back because the burger was raw, did not get a single apology even though that’s a food safety violation and they could get health code violation for that. I just got attitude as if I was so annoying for coming back. How dare I have a raw burger that they gave me…. I was too pissed to take a picture, but this is not the first time I’ve gotten a double quarter pounder from the McDonald’s franchise y’all just need a serious under hall.

All she did was look at me and continued to walk off. No greeting no have a good night nothing. Service is horrible! Cheese burger looked a hot mess, pickles hanging out and bun covered in ketchup. You all need to train these people you have working here or hire all new. Do better!!! Worst mcdonalds I have ever been to.
