  The food was good... the service was about worst imaginable. The shift lead is who took our order. I dont know if he was having bad day or what. He was the most unhappy, grouchy person I have come across in a very long time. He did not listen to my order, had to repeat several times. The tea was so sweet we could not drink it. Had to ask him for another, my wife asked for almost all un sweet and just a squirt of sweet and he did half and half... My wife was too afraid to ask for another. Waisted our money on the drink. Had to throw it a away. I had to go ask for ketchup as she was too afraid to go talk to him. We noticed that the crew never said a word the entire time we was in the restaurant, the team leader was the only one that spoke... other than him it was silence outside of customers speaking. I felt bad for the workers. Bojangles #1346. Check 20013. 2/21/26

  Food was old cold and disgusting.I was very dissatisfied with my meal tonight. Never again , will I spend my money here.

  A very nice little robot took my order, they were out of Bo Bites which the robot did not tell me but the man at the window did. Honestly, been to a lot of Bojangles in my life and this one served me the hottest freshest fries biscuits and tenders. The Dr.Pepper was also the most carbonated, best one I’ve had in a while. I don’t write a lot of reviews but I was super happy w the experience for once in my Bojangles lifetime. I stopped here off 95 bc I felt dead inside and this Bojangles saved my life.

  1st I went inside, nobody working at the counter, waited about 5 minutes no one showed up so I went to the drive through. Drive through is completely AI. It is horrible it wasn’t right and I tired to tell it by saying “that’s not right” and it just said please pull around thank you. 3 cars ahead of me and it still took almost 20 minutes. Looked like only 1 employee running the entire store. Guess it’s profits over customer service

  My food was cold and hard! Very disappointed because I was traveling and needed a bite and am usually satisfied with other locations
