  I went to this location during lunch time the other day, and received the wrong order. I called about it, and was offered a refund or remake. I took the remake instead. My husband and I went and got it, and the food was absolutely horrible for the remake. I emailed about that, and the asst manager Bradley reached out to me the very next morning, and wanted to make the whole experience and mistake correct. He was VERY VERY nice and had the willingness to make it right. So, we went back again, and spoke to him in person, and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND in my opinion about getting the mistake corrected. I know everyone makes mistakes, and no one is perfect, and I've never had an issue with this location ever before. I will chalk it up to just an off day. But the willingness to get everything fixed and his customer service, I'm very impressed. Mistakes like I said happens, it's how they handle it to correct it that matters to me. Not every business is like this, and I stopped going to different places because of mistakes and no one cared or wanted to fix their mistakes. But Bradley did am AMAZING job, and because of it i give this location 5 stars. THANKS AGAIN BRADLEY.

  We have come through the drive thru late after work 5 times this year. I had to come leave a review because they have been absolutely perfect every single time. They are so fast and efficient that it is mind blowing. We have been given world class customer service every single time. The girl working the drive thru is so nice and treats us both with so much respect. We really appreciate the staff there tonight. The food is always delicious and I've never had an issue with this location my entire life. Since childhood, this Taco Bell has provided the freshest food with the best customer service around. Thank you for your hard work! We appreciate you! Y'all have the food out so fast that it's actually crazy how fresh it is. This staff tonight is magical.
