There were 5 employees on the line and 1 in drive thru. The employee then taped the bag shut and didn't add the utensils and condiments requested and untaped the bag... put them in...and then tried to retape the bag with the same seals. It didn't stick. It looked like the bag had been tampered with. I can understand entirely if the establishment is busy or understaffed but this was ridiculous. It was two luxe boxes and two drinks and side.... It cut deeply into my time and wages and it cut into our customers time, which is also a Taco Bell customer. I looked back and I have now had several customers complaining of missing food from this restaurant. Which affects my pay and the customer...but you can't check what is sealed. I will now avoid these orders. I'm a patient person but it's bordering on ridiculous here.
