I just ordered my pizza and bacon cheese sticks, they delivered and it was the wrong ordered and I called them and they said they would fix it, fine. I wait another 30 minutes or so and my order arrives, my pizza came but not my bacon cheese sticks, I called again and they basically tell me they can’t do anything about it. I can’t get a refund or credits, so basically I paid for my bacon cheese sticks and I never got it, they wouldn’t even work with me for a alternate option. I asked to speak with the Manager and the girl on the phone said he would’ve said the same. Never ordering from here again. Actually so pathetic, I never had such terrible service before, I paid for something I never got.

I purchased five pizzas, and unfortunately the quality was consistently poor across all of them. The crusts were not cooked enough and felt doughy, and overall the pizzas were bland and tasteless. What makes this especially frustrating is that a few years ago, when a different management team was running this location (Read reviews 2+ years ago), the pizza quality was excellent. Back then, the food was consistently fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. Unfortunately, the quality has clearly declined since then. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to bring this location back to the standards it once had.
- A1Ant 1Dec 20, 20254.0I was going to give a 2 star review because I received the wrong order and was really hungry, but after calling the Salem location at 9pm on 12/20/2025, I spoke with who I assume was the manager/shift lead, and they were extremely kind and took accountability for the problem (Even though it was a DoorDash issue.) How that person handled this mixup changed my mood entirely, and although I’m starving (lol), they’ve got the right order on the way now 🥳 If you’re the manager I spoke with and you see this, thank you so so much! Your kindness in making it right made my night! (:
