  I walked in to order a sub for my son, the 2 working behind the counter were very rude. I asked for a loaded Italian sub meal, he said, "mam' we have 4 Italian subs and none of them are called that!!" So hw chose one and rang it up. Didn't tell me where to get it from and that I had to get my own chips, my first time ever going in there. Threw my sandwich up on 5he counter and said, :there!". It was my first and last time going in there.

  I only ordered Jimmy John’s after my coworker received his order. He’s a college kid who only had enough money for his dinner and unfortunately couldn’t tip. A worker wrote a :( on the tip line when it was delivered. I’ve worked as a delivery driver before and would NEVER think of doing something like that. How rude. I ordered for myself after the fact and they didn’t deliver my drink with the meal.

  I went in today at 4:00 to grab a sub. I walked in and the fellow asked me if I was picking up an order, I said no, just wanna get one to take home. He then tells me I will have to wait because he and his coworker were working on a big online order. I waited patiently for 10 minutes, no service, or even an offer of a drink while I waited. It was clear they were more concerned with the online order than the customer right in front of them! There were no cars in the lot, or other customers. I left, and went across the street to Subway, nice people and a decent sandwich.

  We had a tuna sub and the ultimate Italian sub. The Italian sub was heated and honestly one of the best sandwiches I've had in a very long time. Beware its messy and drippy so get plenty of napkins. I can't wait to go back and have another one soon.
