  I don’t know if Chipotle changed their recipe but there was NO flavor in any of my food. I was highly disappointed. Chipotle is too expensive to be bland. I can do that at home. Because of this, I’m afraid to order from this location again out of fear that my order will not have flavor again.

  I love chipotle as a chain and eat it often but this location is literally the worst. Customer service was poor. Portions were gigantic but that's because there wasn't a single flavor to be found in any of their ingredients. I've never tasted bland pico de gallo before but they have managed to achieve the impossible. Guacamole tasted like pure avocado, no seasoning. One of my fajita veggies so large and undercooked, it was an entire quarter of a pepper. Ingredients were falling out of the bowl, all over the service counter. The interior was dirty with trash cans full to overflowing. I could go on and on but needless to say, do not go here. You will be disappointed.

  The employee in the drive thru window saw us pull up and park in the parking lot as a group and literally stuck her tounge out at us and gave us a thumbs down through the window. We arrived at a normal time- 6:30PM, not even close to closing time. We parked, went in, and ordered like normal people. Why be so rude to paying customers?

  l'a leave it a 0 star if I could. Ordered a burrito, the worker hardly gave me any ingredients in it and when I asked for a bit more protein she scoffed and added one singular small piece of carne asada. Then when it came time to fold the burrito she looked like she had no clue what she was doing. She folded it, paused, looked at it for a second, and then folded it all wrong so it was horrible to eat with the majority of my bites just being pure tortilla. If I had to estimate, my burrito was half the size of my same order at the Valley View chipotle. While eating there was no one in line and the three girls working there were putting fajitas on eachother and one loudly shouted "stop putting fajitas on me" as if it was some game that they play often. The tables are disgusting and look like they haven't even been brushed off in years. The floor was also disgusting. Never coming here again.

  My honest first impression. Never eaten here before and decided to finally try it so i ordered delivery. $28 for a burrito and chips. I was litterally 5 minutes from the location so it wasnt the delivery driver. The chips were cold hard and tasted like overpowering salty, salty lime. I threw them in the trash. Could not eat them. The burrito had not been placed on the grill and was ice cold and missing the sour cream I ordered. It too tasted like a straight up lime. Very disappointing because it had lots of great ingredients that I couldnt even taste. I put the queso from the chips on the burrito and managed to eat half. I would have been better off ordering a bag of limes. It appears that all of the employees that were working at the restaurants already shut down around here are now employed at the ones currently open. Guess they are working on getting them all closed. Pretty soon Salemites will be cooking alot. No work ethic.
