    I see why AI and kiosks are the thing. 1 beef and cheddar, 1 regular with lettuce and tomato and they couldn't get that right. Cold fries at 5:30pm. It's been a hard enough day without dinner being a hassle.

    So I went through the drive-thru was expecting a good Arby's Market Fresh sandwich like they make it sound I have gotten this before it was like a turkey bacon sandwich on honey wheat bread when I got it before it was toasted it had sharp cheddar cheese leaf lettuce... this time at the Arby's in Salem Virginia I got it it was not toasted it had shredded lettuce and the cheese was like plain old Kraft sandwich cheese nothing was warm it was all cold not a very good sandwich at all the fries were cold I took them back in he gave me more they looked about the same maybe it's the grease they need to change I don't know too expensive for not to be alright. I have to agree with some of the other people this Arby's is very disappointing!

    Ordered the gyro, It wasn't gross but it wasn't a very good imitation of the real thing!

    A tad bit pricey but for the age of the place it's been kept up pretty good. Our drive-thru attendant was exceptionally nice and well heard. She seemed very ept at her job.
