    Drive thru took 45+ minutes and there were only three cars in front of us. We pulled to order and told them we had mobile orders and they didn’t ask for the names on the orders. Just to pull around to the window. 25 minutes later and we get to the window and wait for another 5 minutes before they asked “Um… what are you waiting for?” We replied “… our order?”. I told them the mobile order names and proceeded to wait another couple of minutes when they gave us our drinks. My coffee was just water and a drop of coffee in it. I’ve attached a picture. I just asked for an iced caramel coffee. It was clear. We proceeded to wait as we also had food on our orders and a couple minutes go by and were asked the same question: “Um… what are you guys waiting for?” We replied “we also had food on our orders. We got the $6 Meal Deal”. Proceeded to wait a few more minutes before another employee came to the window and asked us the same question. She then proceeded to ask “Has anyone informed you that we don’t have bagels?”. No. Nobody seemed to know or inform us of anything. I will say once she stepped in, we got our orders and she was very kind. However, there were at least five employees working, It was 11:30am on a Sunday and not a single person was in the store, and the drive thru line was not even long. It just genuinely took 5 people almost an hour to get orders ready for maybe a total of 4/5 cars. Awful experience almost every time I go but today took the cake.

    Attempted to go into this location at 10:30 on 4/26/26. There were people inside but the doors were locked and no one opened it for me. A white person showed up and the patron opened the door for him. So yea. 🤷🏾‍♀️

    Addison is a really good manager, you can tell she actually cares. Not just about the store but about people too. She’ll remember stuff you’ve told her before and ask about it later which you don’t really see a lot at other fast food places. (I go there almost every morning) The store has been a lot cleaner and runs way smoother since she took over. You can tell if she’s in the store or not by how fast the drive thru line is. Even when it’s busy the staff still stays nice and gets things out quick. Coffee is always fresh and food is hot. Just a way better experience overall now. I also want to take a moment to appreciate Makayla, she’s the sweetest person ever. Anytime i’ve ever seen her, she’s always smiling. She makes my latte perfectly every time and she gives my dog a pup cup with a munchkin on it. The attention to detail that some of the staff members here makes it worth me spending my money on coffee every morning.

    Came through around 5:30am via drive through. Coffee tasted very burnt and was not drinkable. I felt so bad going in as it was early but I really couldn’t drink it. When I went in I waited patiently for 10 minutes for her to come out from the back as I know it’s early and she was busy. I immediately apologized to her for having to come back in when she came out. She got rude, tried the coffee in front of me said this is how coffee tastes and rolled her eyes. I said this is not how my coffee ever tastes. Well what do you want me to do about it? I said remake it idk make it drinkable I said not sure why your being so rude to me im being very nice to you. She was so rude and yet I was so nice and apologetic for something I didn’t need to apologize for. Treat your customers better! Do something with your disrespectful management!!!!

    I’m not into bad reviews, but I would like someone in Dunkin’s checks on the coffee machine training in this store. I came today at 4:15 pm through the Drive-thru and asked for a Hot Capuccino with French vanilla Flavor. They gave me a Capuccino, totally cold. I asked to replace it for a hot one. The “prepared” a new one and gave it to me. It was hot, so I left happy, and when I was on the Highway realized they only pour hot milk and Vanilla flavor, no coffee on it!!!
