  Everytime I go to this Salem location the employees are so friendly and kind. They make me feel welcoming. The Shift manager Abigail Credille is the best and gets my order perfect everytime! Love this place.

  i absolutely love 7 brew! i love everyone there! there are so many sugar free options, plenty of milk alternatives suitable for everyone! Staff does really well giving recommendations also! Just let us know what you’re in the mood for!

  It seems like every time I go and ask for light ice my cup is filled with ice. When they redo it, they give me less drink and what appears to be the same amount of ice. I guess I’m just gonna have to say no ice! I want all of the drink and not have it watered down with so much ice. Is that too much to ask?! Aside from that, the order takers are amazing and they brighten my morning, it’s just the people in the back, making the drinks not following my order instructions. Kind of disappointing after such good service.

  First time trying this place and didnt know what to get so i asked the server what they recommend and they said "it just depends on what you want" and they never made any recommendation so i ordered the first thing i see on the sign an island dream coca cola they asked me if i want cream i said yes after waiting 5 minutes to get my drink the server brings out just a normal looking coke with no cream in it and i asked is this how its supposed to be made and she said yes and said it had cream in it when it clearly didnt and i didnt feel like dealing with the hassle of asking her to remake it so overall terrible first experience paying 5 dollars for a coke with a pump of pineapple syrup in it isnt right i dont think ill be coming back.

  Waited over 15-20 minutes in line and never got my order taken until I got to the kiosk to pay . The young woman who took my order at the pay kiosk , didn't place the order for 1 coffee I ordered she in fact put in a order for 2 large coffees when I ordered 1 . When I went to clarify with her that I was overcharged for another coffee I never ordered and asked to take the 2nd coffee and just go on about my day after the horrible experience of waiting almost 20 minutes to place an order and then was overcharged and told I couldn't take the coffee I was double charged for . I asked to speak with the manager and the manager told the girl I can take both coffees 1 of them being one I was overcharged for and never ordered. The experience wirh the manager was okay. This 7 brew location needs to train new employees to take customers orders properly and not blame them when the new employee messes up and puts in customers orders wrong especially when you were also overcharged and waited almost 22 minutes to place an order!
