- THTara Van Ho2 days ago1.0This place is a disaster. We stopped off for what should have been a quick order of chicken nuggets and to stretch our legs on a long drive. Twenty minutes later we were still waiting for nuggets, as were dozens of people. 3 out of 4 kiosks were broken and for a long time there was no one at the counter. When someone finally did work the counter, she had to walk away practically every order to ask simple questions about the menu. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's... and I really don't expect much from any McDonald's! Eta: when we finally got pur order, the fries were already cold and gross.

I went around to drive thru to ask about my order and the manager was rude. No apology or anything. I've worked fast food so I know how it can be,but to be that rude is disgusting. I will go to Caramel Church!!!

By the time we got there, it seems there was an argument going on between the staff, they were short staffed and a lome up of customers just either waiting for order or pickup. Lovely lady behind the counter was running around trying her best but just seemed very overwhelmed. The machine did not print the receipt and 4 days after I am still trying to get a receipt emailed to me from McDonald's. Just know what to expect when visiting this location. (Lower your expectations)
