  Waited 20 minutes for our groceries when we did online ordering. Even Walmart is faster than that.

  Thank you FoodLion for selling so many Nature's Promise products. It's my favorite brand! I used to never shop at Foodlion. But now, its the only place I shop strictly because you have a wonderful selection of Nature's Promise products. These type of organic brands are really important to me. Thank you

  We have a Food Lion in our town, but I specifically drive out of my way to come here (Food Lion in Ruckersville) because the shelves are always well-stocked, prices are good (relative to the current economy), and the staff are friendly. Over the last month, I’ve had two, over-the-top positive experiences that make it obvious that this Food Lion has fantastic employees and a culture of customer service. In early December, a young man was stocking shelves in the dairy aisle and I asked if he had any of the bigger Food Lion brand sour creams on his cart since there we’re only the smaller ones on the shelf. He looked and said no. 10 minutes later he finds me in the checkout line and hands me the sour cream I was looking for! I wish I had gotten his name. And last week, I was looking for any additional Fresca cartons and asked a different young man named Trevin if there were any more. He immediately stopped what he was doing and volunteered to check in the back (with a very positive attitude). 5 minutes later he returned carrying 3 extra cartons. These employees make all the difference and I hope their incredible customer service is recognized and rewarded!
