  Waited at the drive thru order speaker for 30+ minutes. Once we were able to order we were told that $4 biggie bite was now $6 instead and was called a biggie bag. We ordered a biggie bag instead with a Jr bacon cheeseburger, 4pc nuggets with bbq sauce, Diet Coke and a dbl stack. 15 minutes later of sitting at the window the worker came to the window and stated he was “so out of it right now!” We ended up not getting the soft drink and had an extra jr bacon cheeseburger in the bag. The dbl stack was so salty we couldn’t eat it, the chicken nuggets were cold and hard as a rock, the French fries were cold. I suppose if you’re not keen on fast food being fast (overall wait was 47 minutes in the drive thru), staff that appeared to be completely confused and overwhelmed, and playing a game of roulette wether you’ll actually receive the food you ordered and then throwing away the food due to it not being edible then this is the place to stop and spend your day. I’d recommend McDonald’s, Burger King, Taco Bell/KFC or any other option than this restaurant in Ruckersville. We will not return again.

  Everytime I go to Wendy’s there food is always cold . I e have it mutiple try’s and times to correct it . fries, burger ,and nuggets , cold everytime . Honestly if we begin honest I had no problem with the service easy ,clear but I do have a problem with the food always begin served with no pride in it anymore . Fast food is fast but for a 15$ meal I shouldnt get cold food Charlottesville locations when I come in town to visit are always terrible . buy a combo my fries are hard as bricks and cold . My nuggets are cold my burger I just order and waiting for cold .im done with this place Won’t get no money from me .

  The worst Wendy’s I have ever been to due to the manager. I ordered 5 tenders. When he (mgr) handed it to me I confirmed w/him that it had 5 in it (I paid $1.80 extra). Instead I received 3 chix tenders and 1 that was no bigger than a nugget. Plus they were clearly refried. Terrible tasting. Manager has no clue of honesty and customer service.

  This store is going downhill fast!!! Half the time they don't have what you want to order. Think I'll just start going elsewhere. Disappointed since this is the only Wendy's in cville.
