    Service is always great, but the food was terrible. The nachos fries were cold and hard, sadly we ordered 3 large orders.

    Always check your food especially if you're buying drive through in Ruckersville, they always skimp you and forget something, 99% of the time you're missing something. (Edit) Went from 2 stars to 1, as I was eating my chalupa I found plastic in it! Disgusting don't eat here! I'm done giving this taco bell any more chances enough is enough!

    I went through drive thru, I person taking the order rung up the wrong item, didn't clarify if order was correct. At the window I told her I wanted two of the 3.00 grilled burrito. I had to ask for a receipt then when I pulled away and checked the order she has rung up three chipotle ranch grilled burritos. I came back around to get it fixed, the cashier and manager argued that I was incorrect because the steak is grilled on one and burrito is grilled on the other. I showed the menu picture on the app, both say grilled stuffed. After further arguing I asked for a refund to which I was told id have to come inside. I had come out for a drive thru run no shoes which I explained. The manager still refused and slammed the window. My wife had to go in in her night clothes to get our refund. Another manager had to help with the refund.
