  We placed an order for delivery. After a hour and a half.We were concerned and called back. They said we are waiting on door dash. We told them to cancel the order. We will not be calling back. If you are hungry don’t order from this location. This restaurant is being poorly managed. I suppose it will be closing soon due to no business.

  Ordered at 6:22pm and got delivered ICE cold at 8:00pm by a DoorDash delivery driver. This is in no way a condemnation of the staff of this location. I know that this is a corporate policy in an effort to cut corners. They ensure that higher ups still receive hefty bonuses, while they cannot fill staffing gaps at their locations because they refuse to offer a living wage to their employees and cannot find workers. My sister-in-law used to work for a Papa John’s in Northern Virginia, and thankfully has left for better opportunities. Please pass this along to your district supervisors.

  The food is fine but if you order delivery it'll take over an hour, the food will be cold, and there's a 50/50 chance you'll get the wrong order (to the guy on here saying he got a stuffed crust he didn't order, that was mine, I got your order). Also, once in awhile your food will be delivered by door dash, which makes the slow delivery even sadder since they seem to outsource deliveries and still can't get the food out while it's still hot. I know this is all due to corporate underhiring and underpaying the employees, but at this point it's ridiculous that you have to reheat a freshly delivered pizza. Great if you put a pick up order in tho.

  Lateeeeeeee! They suck at delivery. 2 to 3 times longer. The delivery guy was a jerk and extremely rude. Papa Johns is normally good at other places, ruckersville branch is terrible.
