    I used to like this McDonalds but now....Fries are never salted. Orders are constantly wrong. Nothing taste fresh anymore. I was given the wrong meal and when I returned it staff tried to get me to take it so they didn't have to deal with it.

    After ordering from the drive through, we arrived home to find our order was wrong and missing a sandwich. Called restaurant, spoke to manager. Retold order on phone, and was told to come pick up new correct meal. My Mother returns home from picking up new “correct” order, to find it was wrong. I called this time and spoke with the manager on duty, Scott. He was excellent! Extremely professional and accommodating the whole time. He truly was willing to go above and beyond to keep us as loyal customers. I cannot express enough how excellent of a manager Scott was, and because of this, he has maintained loyal customers that will rave about him and his store!! Thank you for this wonderful experience.

    Hair was found in my fries! The food and drinks taste like they've been left out overnignt. So done with Ruckersville fast food! Don't stop, keep driving through!
